When you invest in a development, you should be investing in a lifetime of research; in this case you were, and we set out to prove it. For a new residential tower by a recent Pritzker-prize-winning architect, we emphasized not the designer's mere fame, but the scientific creative methodology of his atelier, in which endless possibilities and alternatives are tested in a meticulous process of thought and study.
